A catch-all feature that is enabled for a specific mailbox will allow you to receive email messages that are sent to addresses that do not really exist. Otherwise stated, if you remove an email address and someone still sends an email message to it, or to any miswritten address under the exact same domain, you will get the email in the catch-all mailbox. Using this feature means that you won’t miss an email for any reason whatsoever, which could be vital in case you run a company, for example. Since you may begin receiving spam emails, you can combine the catch-all option with anti-spam filtering software in order to receive only real emails in your inbox. Just one single mailbox per domain name can be a catch-all one and email forwarding cannot be activated for a catch-all mailbox.

Catch-all Emails in Hosting

You will be able to set up a catch-all e-mailbox without any effort if you have a hosting account with our company. The Email Manager tool in our custom-built Hepsia hosting Control Panel is feature-rich, yet remarkably simple to use, and it will allow you to activate different features, including the catch-all one, with no more than several clicks. All the mailboxes that you have created will be listed in alphabetical order in this section and next to each of them you will find a small-size "Catch-all" logo. Clicking it once will enable this option, clicking on it once again will disable it. Since you can have just one such mailbox per domain, our system will inform you if you already have a different mailbox with this option enabled or if you have activated email forwarding.
